I am very excited to bring to you my vision, Celexus, Inc. Celexus is a unique company with a business model that focuses on the rapid development of early stage, high growth companies in the hemp industry. I have been in the business world for many years with a long-term vision of the future and am happy to announce that all my experience and knowledge have led me to this incredible opportunity. I strongly believe in our motto, “Success Through Leadership and Expertise.” This has proven true again and again throughout my career.
I have handpicked my team of industry professionals after thoroughly vetting their experience and skills that they bring to the table. We are operating with some of the most experienced executives in the business world who come from many different backgrounds, but all have demonstrated extraordinary drive, knowledge and determination to accomplish exponential multiples in growth.
Our competitive advantage lies in the fact that we are a publicly traded company with the ability to purchase additional assets through cash and/or stock. This allows us to preserve capital to expand and develop our assets even further, increasing profitability and operational efficiency.
We plan to expand our portfolio through acquisitions and mergers of other early stage, high growth hemp related companies with new technologies and ideas. Our team has developed a rigorous due diligence strategy to insure the profitability of these assets and the risks associated with their specific industry. Although this is a very important factor in determining the success of these companies, I feel our biggest advantage is our ability to structure the right deal at the right price point. Our team excels in transactional structuring to put together the best possible terms and conditions that will satisfy both parties. This is where Celexus shines.
With the shutdown of the federal government, filing our PCAOB audit has been delayed. I anticipate acceptance of our filing with FINRA within 2-3 weeks. Our filing with FINRA will include a name change from Telupay International, Inc. (TLPY) to Celexus, Inc. (CXUS) along with a reverse split of the total issued and outstanding shares of 90 to 1. I would like to emphasize that this event will NOT dilute current investor shares. The reasoning behind the reverse split is to reduce the outstanding shares in the float to attract high-wealth and institutional investors which will increase overall value for all investors.
I want to personally thank everyone who has been involved in the development of this enterprise thus far and express my excitement and gratitude. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for all of us. I truly believe we have the ability to become an industry leader by holding and managing some extremely valuable and profitable assets.
